THE MEETINGS SHOW 2021

2021 marks the 9th edition of The Meetings Show. Launched in 2013, the show welcomes exhibitors from the UK and around the world including hotels, luxury hotels, destinations, destination management companies, conference centres, venues and technology suppliers.

Whether you’re looking to streamline your event planning process, immerse yourself in the events, meetings and incentives community and gain professional and personal development – the Meetings Show has got you covered!

The Meetings Show, the UK’s leading platform for the world’s meetings and events community, will take place on 30 September and 1 October 2021 at ExCeL London.

Relocating the show to east London venue ExCeL London puts it in the heart of an area which is undergoing exciting regeneration and growth. The new destination is widely accessible to UK and international event professionals, located close to London City Airport, the Jubilee Line and the DLR. It also offers plenty of parking for those preferring to make their way by road ExCeL London’s expansive show floor will allow for plenty of space for social distancing.

A hybrid event

Following the success of its virtual format in 2020, The Meetings Show 2021 will be delivered as a hybrid event to allow event planners who are unable to attend the event inperson to interact with the show’s exhibitors, comprehensive education programme and unrivalled networking opportunities.

Both the live and virtual elements of the show will focus on keeping business meetings and events professionals informed and connected, providing vision and support to the community while it focuses on recovery after a challenging 18 months.

The Meetings Show is for any professional working within the meetings, events and incentives industry, whether it’s your full-time job or part of a wider role.

There is no charge as all costs are covered by the host destination and The Meetings Show .

  • Travel insurance
  • Personal transfers outside of the official schedule and show dates
  • All food and beverage expenses
  • Hotel and flight upgrades
  • Additional hotel nights and hotel extras (e.g. room service, mini bar)
  • Travel changes or additional costs incurred for travelling outside of scheduled rotation
  • Personal expenses

There will be an opportunity during your hosted buyer application form to indicate your interest in one of the post -event tours.

All tours depart after The Meetings Show closes on Thursday afternoon and run until Saturday or Sunday.

The Meetings Show runs between 3-5 fam trips each year, however hosted buyers may only apply for 1 tour.
