Athens International Tourism Expo returns with its 13th edition!

The AITE Buyers program for serious buyers has been created for Agents involved in the sectors of Leisure, Luxury and MICE and wish to collaborate with Hotels, Travel Agencies and Greek tourism businesses in general. Hosted Buyers Program gives an opportunity to do business with leading suppliers from Greece.

In 2026, A.I.T.E will host 150 Hosted Buyers and also Semi Hosted Buyers offering them the chance of mutually profitable business in the Greek market. Last year, during the B2B meetings, a significant number of commercial agreements were made between Exhibitors and Hosted Buyers, which sealed the success of the Exhibition.

Applications for the Hosted Buyers will be acceptable only from Outbound Tour Operators / Travel Agencies / P.C.O.’s.

Successful applicants will receive one of the following status:

FULL HOSTED BUYER

The exhibition will provide

• Air ticket cost
• Accommodation (3 nights)
• Transportation to and from Expo
• Coffee and lunch in the 2 day’s workshop
• Tours (if extra nights, they are to be settled by the buyers)
• B2B Meetings with the exhibitors in the B2B Meetings Area
• B2B Meetings Area with a table per buyer and Wi-Fi
• Analytical Appointments Schedule

SEMI HOSTED BUYER

The exhibition will provide:

• Accommodation (3 nights)
• Transportation to and from Expo
• Coffee and lunch in the 2 day’s workshop
• Tours (if extra nights, they are to be settled by the buyers)
• B2B Meetings with the exhibitors in the B2B Meetings Area
• B2B Meetings Area with a table per buyer and Wi-Fi
• Analytical Appointments Schedule

Familiarization-Trips/Tours for all the Hosted Buyers will be available before and after Exhibition’s time.

The Tours will focus on the following themes: Culture and Greek cuisine.
