Day 1 – Arrival in Thailand – 12 May 2026 (Tuesday)

Welcome to Thailand! Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok), guests will be greeted and transferred to the hotel in Pattaya.
Shuttle services to Pattaya operate every 2 hours, from 06:00 AM until 11:55 PM. Arrival transfers are also available between 06:30 – 18:00 .

After check-in at Unique Regency Pattaya, the rest of the day is at leisure.
In the evening, participants are invited to the Welcome Dinner (7:30 PM – 10:30 PM).
Overnight stay in Pattaya.

Day 2 – International Tourism Asia Summit Pattaya: Conference & B2B Networking – 13 May 2026 (Wednesday)

Meals: Breakfast – Lunch – Gala Dinner (included)

After breakfast, the conference program runs from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by lunch.
In the afternoon, B2B networking sessions take place from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, supporting new partnerships and international collaborations.
